Employment locates are free when they find nothing
Not reduced — zero. If an employment locate comes back empty you are not charged, and you still receive the documented negative showing what was searched. Wage garnishment lives or dies on that search, so we made it free to fail.

These are investigative records, not consumer reports. They may not be used for employment, tenant, credit, or insurance eligibility decisions. We carry no credit products at all — the platform simply cannot produce a consumer report, which is the cleanest way to make that true.

Every component is a real search — separately logged under your permissible purpose, and itemised on your statement with its own search ID. We do not sell a “comprehensive” report
Every competitor sells one. We do not, because a report sold as complete has to be complete, and we would rather name the three questions we can actually answer than charge you for a word. If and when the source coverage behind it earns the claim, it will appear here with a price on it like everything else.

The per-search rate is only half of what a platform costs. The other half is what you owe in a month where the work was slow.

Per-search rates on TransUnion-owned data run below ours on several products — they own the file and we license it. We compete on published pricing, no minimum, and free no-hit employment locates, not on undercutting a bureau on its own data.
Terms
- $5 per user seat, per month. Billed on the seats active when the period is charged. Deactivate a login and you stop paying for it the same month — you are never billed for someone who left.
- No search minimum. Seat cost is not a spend commitment and does not convert into search credit. Run one search a month, or none, and you pay only for your seats.
- An access agreement, with zero commitment. You sign one — it sets out permissible purpose, data handling and audit obligations, because a platform carrying this data cannot responsibly hand it out on a click-through. It carries no term, no volume commitment and no termination fee. Cancel whenever you like.
- Law enforcement discount — 15%. Sworn agencies receive 15% off every published rate as a public service, applied automatically on top of any volume tier they qualify for. Apply and identify the agency.
- No-hit pricing is per product, and the table above is the authority. Employment locates are free when they find nothing. Evictions/suits/judgments drops to $6.75. Every other product bills a no-hit at the same rate as a hit — the cost is in running the search, not in what comes back — and you always receive the documented negative.
- Blocked searches are never billed. If we reject a request on permissible purpose there is no charge, though it is always logged.
- Monthly billing, itemised by search, purpose code, and matter reference.
- Rates current as of August 10, 2026 and subject to change on notice. The rate confirmed at search time governs that search.
